Since its early days in 2004, it started as a secondary provider of SAP implementation and support services to primary vendors (such as SAP Philippines, Supply Chain Consulting Phils., Inc., NGL Consulting, etc.) who were able to leverage on the company>s competent and experienced consultants at lower costs. Since its application as a Certified SAP Implementation Partner, the company has brought its service offerings to the front line while still being able to maintain the same value proposition to its direct clients. Acknowledging the challenges of priming projects, the company has then developed a strong team of Project Managers and Team Leads, a proven and effective Change Management methodology and a more robust Support Infrastructure to enable and support successful client engagements. It has also increased and maintained the depth and breadth of its consulting base to include a wide variety of functional and technical consultants who have in-depth implementation experience in industry verticals such as Retail, CPG, Manufacturing, Public Sector and Financial Services. Sapphire Pacific Solutions Inc. is currently managed and owned by a formidable partnership of Go-Live Pacific with a powerhouse of independent personalities in the Philippine software and telecommunications industries. Go-Live Pacific (GLP) is also a provider of IT, ERP and Business-related services, servicing primarily the Australian market. The company maintains a group of consultant and developer in Australia who provides on-site project management, functional design, requirement-definition, gap analysis, first and second level support for applications such as BPCS/LX, SAP, JDE and MFGPRO, while maintaining a resource base in the Philippines who provide the back-end processing, programming, testing, documentation and other off-site services. The model takes advantage of revenue opportunities in the more advanced and bigger markets like Australia and the cost efficiencies in manpower outsourcing in the Philippines.
